Progressing Ballet Technique

Through the use of equipment such as gym balls, resistance bands and Pilates balls, this class is aimed at helping students develop a deeper understanding of correct ballet technique. It uses Ballet based exercises to improve strength, turnout and artistry. We will also be adding in some strengthening exercises focused on benefitting pointe work.

This is a perfect class for anyone interested in higher grade exams and pointe work.

Dancing & Performing Arts is a wonderful way for any child to learn new skills, make new friends and grow their confidence. Whether they want to be a professional performer, or just want to have fun, our students learn so much in our classes.

Not only do they learn the basics of dance, they also learn how to use their imagination, to be confident and to communicate with others. In Ballet, they can learn about grace and posture, Tap can teach them rhythm.

Acro can improve their flexibility whilst learning some of the moves their favourite Instagram stars do, in a safe environment.

Dancing has been proven to have a positive effect on mental health. With the growing amount of students with anxiety and depression, we like to offer them an escape.

The perfect start to dancing
