One of our aims is to encourage the growth of new teachers in the dance world. It is very hard for teachers to find work without experience and so we try to offer work to newly qualified teachers or teachers in training to give them a great opportunity to work.
Caroline Parry (Carrie) - Principal

Level 4 Diploma in Music Theatre Performance
After studying dance at this very dance school since the age of 3, Caroline went on to become a teacher and then took over the school in May 2018.
Caroline spent many years at Stagecoach Theatre Arts in St Albans and went on to do a Level 3 course in Musical Theatre. She is now training for her DDE in Modern and Tap.

DDI & DDE ISTD, BA Hons in English Literature & Film
Caroline taught dance at the University of Kent whilst studying English Literature there and absolutely loved it. After graduating, she began studying for her I.S.T.D dance teaching qualifications in Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre which she successfully passed.
Caroline is currently undertaking further training to gain even higher level qualifications whilst teaching Ballet at other dance schools.
Ellie Lawrence - Teacher
Ellie is a qualified teacher with a passion for music. She is always singing, whether it be performing in a choir, as a soloist or simply around the house!
She has worked with children and young people in Primary, Secondary and Special Needs settings as well as in informal educational settings.
Specialising in singing and performance in Musical Theatre, Ellie brings her experience to try and create a fun and engaging session developing musicianship and performance skills.
